At least 50% of the total amount must be paid one week before the appointment.

If cancelled within 5-3 working days before the start of the meeting 25% of the room reservation amount will still be charged.
If cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the meeting, the total amount of the booking will still be charged.
Lunch can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the meeting start time.
